Definition: 

A "clinical session" is a block of up to 4 hours of clinical time and a maximum of 40 patient sessions.

Features:

  • Unlimited users within that single session are covered by the fee for that sessions activity

  • Full transcription and summarisation for all patients seen within the 4-hour block

Purchase Model:

  • Sold in pre-paid packs with volume discounts to simplify procurement

  • Starter Pack: 50 Clinics (£500)

  • Department Pack: 250 Clinics (£2,250 - a 10% discount, ~£9.00/clinic)

  • Division Pack: 1000 Clinics (£8,500 - a 15% discount, ~£8.50/clinic)

Price: £5 per month subscription fee + 1.5 pence per minute of audio processed (£0.90 per hour).

2. Pre-Paid Credit Packs Per User

Price:  blocks of transcription time, which expire after 12 months.

  • 5 Hours: £5.00

  • 10 Hours: £9.00 (a 10% discount)

  • 25 Hours: £20.00 (a ~20% discount)

Perfect for users with a defined, short-term need (e.g., a research project).

1. Custom Annual Platform License

Price: On Request. A bespoke quote is created for each organisation.

Components of the Quote:

  • Annual Platform Fee: A base fee covering platform access, maintenance, and high-level support

  • Usage Metric: A scalable fee. The best metric is one that aligns with your organisation's own key performance indicators, such as Per Bed, Per Year or Per 1,000 Outpatient Appointments

  • One-Off Fees: Mandatory fees for Implementation & Training and additional fees for any bespoke integration work

  • Equivalency: While custom, we work with you to generate the quote based on the £49/user base to ensure pricing consistency across the pricing models
